1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Automated Refinance Returns Submission System (ARRS), users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies issued by National Housing Bank (NHB).

2. Authorized Access

Access to ARRS is restricted to authorized users only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and are prohibited from sharing login information with any other person.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain confidentiality of passwords and OTPs.
• Use the system only for official purposes.
• Immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Security

Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access, modify data, bypass security controls, or interfere with the operation of the ARRS application.

5. Data Privacy

Information submitted through ARRS may be stored, processed, and reviewed by National Housing Bank for regulatory and operational purposes.

6. System Availability

NHB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application without prior notice for maintenance, security, or operational requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

National Housing Bank shall not be responsible for any loss arising from misuse of user credentials, user negligence, or interruptions caused by technical issues beyond reasonable control.
